Nature of Our Adventures

General conditions for the adventures with YakVenture: Minimum number of participants: Each of our adventures takes place if there are a minimum of 7 participants. Guarantee of return of funds: In case the required number of people is not collected, the amount paid is fully refunded to your bank account within up to two working days. Changes in bad weather: Security is our priority. In adverse weather conditions, Yak Ventura reserves the right to change the destination with safer and more suitable. Your choice: If the proposed alternative destination does not satisfy you, you can opt out, in which case your money will be refunded.

Cancellations by Participants

An undo more than 30 days before the date of the adventure is eligible for a full refund. Cancellation, made 14 days before, receives a 50% refund. Cancellation made less than 14 days before the date of the adventure is non-refundable. No-show is non-refundable.

Cancellations by Yakventure

If we cancel an adventure due to unsafe weather conditions, insufficient participants, or other safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Rescheduling

Reservations can be rescheduled free of charge up to 30 days prior to the date of the adventure, subject to availability. Requests for rescheduling made less than 30 days before are treated as cancellation.

Safety & Liability

Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided by guides. Yakventure carries liability insurance for all activities. Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate. We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety requirements are not met.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Yakventure. Reproduction, copying, or use of our content without permission is prohibited.
